Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Samuel A. Mossman has in excess of 35 years of experience in the practice of law. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School and has practiced law in Windsor since 1974. Mr. Mossman has acted as counsel in several precedent setting cases in the areas of personal injury litigation, as well as acted as counsel for several complex family law trials. He has a special interest in complex family law matters involving business asset and real estate valuation issues, as well as a special interest in medical malpractice claims.
